HOW IT ALL BEGAN

Allison Parliament, founder of the global Duck Duck Jeep movement, transformed a simple act of kindness into a worldwide community that united Jeep owners across continents. In 2020, after experiencing an act of negativity, Allison chose to spread positivity instead by leaving a rubber duck and a handwritten note on a fellow Jeeper’s vehicle. What began as a spontaneous gesture quickly grew into an international phenomenon, encouraging Jeep owners to share kindness, connection, and camaraderie through the simple exchange of rubber ducks.

Raised around Jeeps and passionate about the community they inspired, Allison dedicated her life to fostering friendships and bringing joy to others. Through Duck Duck Jeep, charitable initiatives, public appearances, and countless personal interactions, she touched the lives of Jeep enthusiasts around the world. Sadly, Allison passed away on June 22, 2024, but her legacy lives on through the millions of Jeepers who continue to spread kindness, celebrate community, and keep her spirit alive one duck at a time.

Following Allison’s passing on June 22, 2024, leadership of the Duck Duck Jeep movement was entrusted to her mother, Cheryl Parliament, and her longtime partner, Jason, who continue to carry forward Allison’s vision of kindness, connection, and community.
